In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund or replacement if a product arrives damaged, or if it is not fit for its intended purpose (for example, if it does not fit into the car as it should).
To process a claim for a damaged or faulty item, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange either a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a replacement item.
Please note that we have a NO RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES policy for orders placed incorrectly or for change of mind. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct item(s) are selected before placing an order, as no amendments can be made once an order has been submitted.
All of our products are custom manufactured and fabricated to order, and we do not carry pre-made stock. Once your order is placed, we create the item specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless required by law.
The overall turnaround time for most orders — from placement to delivery — is approximately 2 weeks.
